St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Irish Family Faire
Since 1984 the St. Patrick’s Day Parade has been an annual tradition in Phoenix. Lining the 3rd Street you can expect thousands to turn out to see the marching bands, Irish step dancers, bagpipers, police and fire vehicles, government dignitaries, floats, and the Arizona Irish Colleen with her Court.
The fair that accompanies the parade in Central Phoenix includes Irish music as well as food and beverage options.

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a half marathon and an 8k run or 4k run/walk. On the day before, the Friday night Kilt Run will take place, supporting the American Cancer Society. You can bring your own kilt or wear the one provided. Your entry includes a kilt, finisher’s medal and a cold (adult) beverage.
Everyone can celebrate at the post-race party featuring live Irish music and costume prizes.

Experience Ireland at the Musical Instrument Museum
On March 17 and 18, 2018 you can “Experience Ireland” at the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) in North Phoenix. Enjoy two days of Celtic-inspired fun.
The 2018 experience includes Irish Bouzouki craft-making activity, a photo booth, toe-tap pianos, Celtic Tones (harp, vocal, fiddle performance), face-painting, Celtic harp workshop, traditional Irish band performance and a performance by The Maguire Academy of Irish Dance.

Experience a full day of authentic Irish activities, including an Irish tea ceremony, Ceili dancing, and traditional Irish music. 2018 exhibitions include “From Protest to Peace: Murals by the Bogside Artists of Northern Ireland,” “Remembering the Easter Rising: Historical Context and Cultural Legacy,” and “The Book of Kells”.

Shamrock Fest is an St. Patrick’s Day celebration held at the Dr. AJ Chandler Park in Downtown Chandler, AZ. The Fest will include live entertainment, Irish dancers, Bagpipes, festive games, traditional food, a VIP tent, themed activities and a beer garden.

The Pot of Gold Music Festival takes place March 16 to 18, 2018 at the Rawhide Event Center in Chandler. The all-ages event takes place from noon to midnight.
