Giants Spring Training is Off to a Great Start at Scottsdale Stadium
Scottsdale's home team, the San Francisco Giants, kicked off their 2024 spring training season on February 24 against the Chicago Cubs. This weekend you can catch a game on Friday afternoon against the Texas Rangers at 1:05 pm or on Saturday against the San Diego Padres at 1:05 pm.
The Giants are one of 15 teams who play in the Cactus League. Founded in 1947, the Cactus League has blossomed into a baseball fan's paradise, with 10 ballparks hosting Major League Baseball teams.
The Giants will host a total of 15 games at their home ballpark in Old Town Scottsdale. Located at Drinkwater Boulevard and Osborn Road, Scottsdale Stadium is in the middle of scenic downtown and a short walk from a wide selection of restaurants, clubs and galleries. Be part of the excitement and witness Old Town "turn orange" before and after each game as Giants fans flood the streets.
Inside the stadium, fans are treated to one of the best facilities in the Cactus League. Good food, great views, friendly fans, and the coveted spots on the grassy hill beyond the center field make for a classic spring training experience. Upgrade your experience with tickets to the Charro Lodge in right field, where your VIP access will give you admission to the game, an outstanding view from shaded, patio-style seating overlooking the San Francisco Giants’ bullpen, and complimentary food and beverages. Visit SpringTraining.com for tickets.
