Arcadia Meat Market

3950 East Indian School Road, #130

Phoenix, Arizona 85016

Visit this new local meat market and the head butcher Luigi Paroli, who has been in the business for over 40 years.  He and his partner Nick Addante source meat from all over the American West and from ranches up and down Arizona.  If you’re looking for grass-fed or meats from humanely raised animals this is the place to go.

“All our meats are free range and pasture-raised, never had any antibiotics or hormones, and the animals we sell have always eaten healthy food resulting in the best quality meats,” Addante said. “We believe that healthy animals raised in open pastures make for a healthier planet and healthy happy customers. We work with producers that care about our planet and the animals they raise. Our ranchers practice sustainable farming methods so their business may continue to thrive for generations to come.”

Meats will be hand-cut on site. Customers will be able to view the slicing and dicing in person thanks to small windows into the cutting room and cooler. The market also will sell prepared goods including grab-and-go dinner packs free of preservatives, GMOs and harmful chemicals.
