Guidepost 13—a brand-new “quick craft casual” restaurant concept featuring customized oven-grilled wings, tenders, and flatbreads, along with self-serve beer and cider taps—is set to officially launch with aggressive plans for national expansion.

The brainchild of 13 eccentric people with over 35 years in the traditional wing and sports grill industry, the same team behind Phoenix-based Native Grill & Wings; Guidepost 13 is a bold, energetic, and eclectic restaurant concept seeking to redefine the traditional wing and pizza segment.

Dan Chaon, Native Grill & Wings CEO, along with the 12 others will be opening its flagship restaurant, a corporate-owned location, this fall in the highly sought-after Arcadia district of Phoenix.  The first space will open 3541 E. Indian School Road, off 36th Street, an area that has become increasingly filled with new eateries.

After the flagship, corporate-owned location opens; Guidepost 13 will likely have three to five more locations in the Valley.

“We’re thrilled to introduce such an exciting, truly unique concept to the fast-casual segment – there’s honestly nothing else out there like Guidepost 13,” said Founder Dan Chaon.

The average restaurant will be approximately 2,500 square feet and will seat around 75–90 people.
