All over the world people have Easter traditions. Many families observe the religious aspects of Easter by attending Sunday Mass or services in the morning and then participating in a feast or party in the afternoon. Even non-religious families have taken on the celebration and feasting on Easter.
The Phoenix area and near the Arcadia neighborhood has no shortages of dining establishments offering Easter brunch, lunch or dinner.
Here are some that have special menus or events for Easter for you and your family to enjoy.


Hash Kitchen

With locations in Scottsdale and North Scottsdale, Hash Kitchen is serving an Easter menu from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 14 through 16. Menu items include a 16-ounce, herb-crusted prime rib dish ($26), and a smoked, brown sugar ham ($16). There will also be a meet-and-greet with the Easter Bunny, so be sure to have your camera’s ready. J&G Steakhouse

J&G Steakhouse is hosting an Easter dinner from 5 to 10 p.m. at The Canyon Suites at The Phoenician. Chef de Cuisine Jacques Qualin has prepared a special menu offering three options to choose from for a wonderfully delightful three course meal. Click here to view the menu.

JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa

There’s a lot going on this Easter Sunday at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. Enjoy an Easter egg hunt and plenty of dining options throughout the day. There’s the Sunrise Breakfast Buffet from 6:30 to 11 a.m. in the Grand Sonoran Ballroom at $27 for adults and $10 for kids 4 to 12, followed by the Stonegrill Brunch Experience from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost is $79 for adults, and $39 for kids 4 to 12. There will also be $8 Bloody Marys and mimosas, so reservations are strongly recommended at 480-293-5000. T. Cook’s
Pricing: $89 per person, $29 per child 6 – 12 years old, 5 years old and under free.
Easter Brunch, (10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.) is inspired by the Mediterranean while highlighting the very best of the season, featuring Chef Todd’s chilled seafood display.
Ballroom Brunch Buffet
Pricing: $79 per person, $29 per child 6 – 12 years old, 5 years old and under free.
A classic full holiday buffet, (9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.) features a classic, full holiday buffet (breakfast, salads, seafood, pasta, a waffle station, and dessert).

Salty Sow

Sonata’s Restaurant

From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., celebrate Easter Sunday with a European-style brunch. Executive Chef Josh Bracher will be featuring specialty menu items with dishes culled from Lithuanian, German, Polish, Hungarian, Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, French, Irish and other European cuisines. Tomaso’s Italian Restaurant

For an Italian-influenced Easter lunch and dinner, visit Tomaso’s Italian Restaurant at the Biltmore from noon to 9:30 p.m. The prix fixe Easter Feast Day menu has stuffed zucchini blossom, pear and pecorino cheese ravioli with butter and sage sauce, Easter lamb, and mini cannoli’s for dessert. Steak 44

Opening early at 11 a.m. and offering the full menu on Easter Sunday along with the special Steak Farina entrée. Topped with an egg prepared over easy, enjoy a 12oz bone-in filet cooked to your liking. Other popular dishes include the Raw Bar | Seafood Tower featuring chef’s selection of fresh shellfish items, including Iced Alaskan King Crab Legs, Super Colossal Shrimp, Maine Lobster or Dungeness Crab Cocktail. Responsibly farmed and wet aged 28 days, prime steaks are hand cut in house by a master butcher. Some of the favorites include NY Strip, Bone-in Filet Mignon or Ribeye, Domestic Wagyu Filet, or Bone in KC Strip.
